Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes

The regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was held on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the community center. The session started promptly at 18:30 hours with Head of the Board, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the present board members.

The board discussed several topics including the upcoming community celebration, concerns regarding the swimming pool facilities and resident inquiries about regarding parking regulations.

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association will be presenting several proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming general meeting on July 15th. This provides an update you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are excited/implementing several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on the coming weeks, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and installation of new trees.
